FOTD: Brown Pencil Smoke

I wanted to see just how well the new Make Up For Ever Aqua Shadow Pencils would perform in a pinch. I tossed together a daytime smoke using just the brown pencil and the peach shimmer one…

Lip Service: Lipstick Queen (Saint Coral)

Poppy King continues to demonstrate why she deserves to be called the ‘Lipstick Queen.’

Every time I play with these lipsticks, I fall in love with another one. This time, it was the lipstick in ‘Saint Coral.’

The SAINT series features lipsticks with 10% pigment. The SINNER series features lipsticks with 90% pigment. As such, the Saint series wears soft and sheer… while the Sinner series is completely opaque.

This color is just stunning. It wears soft and semi opaque… in a true coral color. I put it on alongside an extremely pale woman with yellow undertones, and it looked perfectly beautiful on both of us. She was so in love with it that she swore she was coming back for it in the near future. I didn’t even hesitate. It came right home with me.

Just gorgeous. It wears sooooo comfortably on the lips. That’s kind of Poppy King’s signature. She makes the most comfortable lip formulas. I highly recommend this baby for summer. It’s the perfect coral shade for me.
