I wanted to see just how well the new Make Up For Ever Aqua Shadow Pencils would perform in a pinch. I tossed together a daytime smoke using just the brown pencil and the peach shimmer one…
FOTD: Magic Night
In truth, Chanel’s eyeshadow in ‘Magic Night’ is only a small part of this look. But I think it brought all the other colors together beautifully, so I’ve decided to name the entire FOTD after it:
*I know my eyebrows are on the scrappy side. They’re being addressed this weekend.*
Professional Grade: Twice as Nice
You guys remember the twins…
FOTD: I don’t even know what happened here…
…I started out with one idea, ended up doing something else, got confused along the way and well…

The Accidental Dupe
Since I’m on this kick to shop my stash, I thought I’d break out MAC’s Bough Grey (from the Liberty Of London collection) and just blend it out with a little bit of Cloud Nine (Kjaer Weis). What I realized is that it looks exactly like Rock & Republic’s Emerge.
Well… almost like it. Emerge is more pigmented and blends out a bit more easily. Bough Grey needs to be packed, but once it’s on, it wears all day. I wore it today with no primer, and it wore beautifully.
