We get a lot of basic questions about products, ingredients, and shipping. I thought the blog would be a good place to post those questions publicly… in an effort to keep everyone on the same page.

Q: How do I know that the ingredients in your products are truly Certified Organic?

A: We only use ingredients from suppliers that carry the Certified Organic and/or Natural Sourcing Seal. All of our suppliers have a proven track record, and we’ve developed relationships over the years based on trust and excellent service.

Q: Why is shipping 7-10 Business Days?

A: All Habibi requests are specifically made to order. So we don’t make a single product, until your order has been placed. The exception is, of course, any physical store stock/inventory. But for online orders, every product is made fresh. That way, we can guarantee the product’s fragrance and integrity over its full shelf life.

Q: What is your product shelf life?

A: All Habibi products carry a general shelf life of 9 months to one year. Because all of our ingredients are natural and we use NO chemical preservatives, it’s common for the product to decompose or ‘break down’ after about a year.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If you are dissatisfied with any Habibi product for any reason, simply email us within 14 days to let us know. You’ll be asked to return the unused portion of the product within a certain time frame, and you will be refunded the purchase price of the item.

Q: Do you gift wrap?

A: Of course! Simply let us know that you’d like an order ‘gift wrapped’ in the comments box when you pay for your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Absolutely. Please note that international shipping rates apply.
