FOTD: Pale Stuff (2)

I dug right into the Kjaer Weis eyeshadows, to see how they performed. I was not disappointed…

I dug into the Senna Naturals palette to see how the products performed. First run… very impressed. The shadows held up well, and didn’t go muddy as they wore throughout the day.

FOTD: Browned Purple

I dug out my Estee Lauder DoubleWear Light foundation today, and was reminded of why I love it so  much. It’s just an excellent formula. Goes on smooth and wears flawlessly all day. I also layered a bit of shadow over cream to give a ‘brownish hue’ to my purple eyeshadows…

FOTD: Surf The Ocean

I haven’t really gotten a chance to play in my Surf The Ocean pigment stack before now. Can I just say that what has happened to the gold pigment is just BEYOND. I’ve smashed it out several times, and it continues to melt back together into a wet little ball. I feel like there’s less pigment in that pot than any of the others. It’s also become increasingly difficult to pick up with a brush. I worked with it today… but I think I’m just either going to mix it with the ‘dry’ MAC gold pigment from the regular lineup, or some Sugarpill Goldilux.

Anyway, here’s what I did today:
