FOTD: More Aloha

I really love these Crushed Metallic Pigments in ‘Aloha.’ This time, I used the pigment actually NAMED Aloha…

Sonia Kashuk Tinted Moisturizer (Tan)
Chantecaille Loose Powder (Shadow)
Laura Mercier Blush in Fresh Peach
Chanel Illusion d’Ombre in Emerveille (lashline to brow)
Lousie Young Eyeshadow in Maowi (creaase/under waterline)
MAC Crushed Metallic Pigment in Aloha (lids)
By Terry Crayon Kohl Terrybly in Black Print (waterline)
Armani Eyes To Kill Stretch Mascara
IMAN Lip Gloss in Brownie Shimmer

MAC Crushed Metallic Pigment: Aloha

The MAC Vera Collection is lovely, although not very practical and (for the most part) pretty dupeable. I was, however, attracted to the Crushed Metallic Pigments. After testing them and realizing that in truth I’m probably not going to use Strawberry Patch (Pink) or Butterfly Party (blue), I ended up with the crushed pigment in Aloha:

Lantern Light
(What Melon Pigment SHOULD look like)
Shifting Sands
These are SO POTENT. Those swatches are with my fingers, from a little bit of residue in the tops. I never touched the actual pigment in the pot. I love them. I know that I’ll get lots of use out of them.
